These were the stairs down to the Falls
which looked too steep for us.

Minnehaha Falls

Hanging Swamp

This is a hanging swamp we saw on our walk to
Minnehaha Falls.  These are very significant parts of
our eco-system because of the way they regulate water.

Christmas Flower

We found these Christmas Bells blooming in the
Hanging Swamp at the top of Cateract Falls and think
they were rather rare in this area.

We did the waterfall circuit walk in Lawson on 12 January, 2012.

Lizard on the track

We saw many lizards on our walk and this was
one of the bigger ones.

Cateract Falls.
